I am writing to share my experience working with Ms. Rantiade Benson-Idahosa as my personal and professional coach. I had initially discovered her motivational videos, which resonated with me deeply and tangibly, almost as if she understood my personal experiences. When I learned she offered coaching services, I eagerly took the opportunity. Ms. Benson-Idahosa is remarkably attentive and intuitive. She possesses an extraordinary ability to listen beyond what is spoken, articulating insights that even I couldn't fully grasp, yet were incredibly accurate. As a physician, I found her coaching instrumental in navigating the daunting aspects of growing my own practice. I now feel a newfound assertiveness, steady assurance, and improved prioritization skills to effectively meet my goals. On a personal level, I felt truly understood. She was powerfully effective and deeply compassionate in helping me navigate various life transitions and relationships. While she provided practical guidance, her approach always addressed the root causes of issues, without being overtly spiritual in ways that I was accustomed to.
